Simple per-seat billing
PropJot is billed in South African Rand through PayFast. You only pay for active agent seats.

per active seat, per month (excluding VAT if applicable)
Trial
New agencies receive a 30-day free trial. No subscription charge runs until the trial ends and you complete PayFast setup.
After you subscribe
- Your monthly total is active seats × R55, using the per-seat rate locked in when your PayFast subscription becomes active.
- Each month uses a peak active seat count for that period: if you briefly add a seat, the next charge can reflect that higher count even if you remove the seat before the billing date. There is no mid-cycle proration.
- Seat counts and payment details are shown on the Agency → Billing page once you are signed in.
