Terms of Use

These terms govern use of the PropJot platform by agencies, owners, managers, and agents.

Acceptable Use

• Use the platform only for lawful business workflows and legitimate agency collaboration.
• Keep login credentials secure and do not share access outside your authorised team.
• Do not upload harmful content, interfere with the service, or attempt unauthorised access.

Billing

• Subscriptions are billed on a per-seat basis for active agents, at the rates and totals shown in the product.
• Recurring charges follow a per-period peak active seat count: increases can raise the next charge via the payment provider; decreases typically apply from the next billing period after a successful payment, not as mid-cycle proration.
• Agency owners are responsible for managing billing and authorised user access.
